In addition to building a big TriVita business, I love to exercise every day which many people saw in the feature front cover story that TriVita did about the success that I have had. I usually wake up at 5:40am.  The first thing I do is drink a big glass of water and then about 4 oz. of Sonoran Bloom Nopalea.  After this I will either go to the gym or ride my bike.  Today I did both, and then even more.

Carisa and I walked to the gym which takes about 10 minutes from our house.  We worked out for about 30 minutes and then walked home.  I ate an apple with some peanut butter and drank more water and some TriVita vitamins.  Then I went on a 21 mile bike ride.  In the afternoon I took my children swimming since it was hot and sunny today in Lincoln where I live.  After I got home I took another 10 mile bike ride.  So to everyone who has called and emailed me about whether I really exercise and stay active (since they saw my front cover feature story), the answer is YES - I stay very active and I love it.  Best of all, the great TriVita vitamins and Sonoran Bloom Nopalea provide a real boost to my energy level and my overall health and wellness.
